We complete a holistic assessment of the client’s home environment and physical function and recommend any equipment and strategies that may enable the client to remain living at home as independently as possible.

The client’s home environment is assessed and Occupational Therapists will be able to provide recommendations on appropriate equipment that may improve independence at home. Any home modifications can be recommended to improve access at home.
